Beautiful setting in pine forest overlooking Lake Eden. Luxurious foyer and no expense spared on fittings. Resort has only been open a few months and Spa and pool not operational yet. Staff very keen to please but are inexperienced and need to improve English if they want to attract international market. Magnificent conference and meeting facilities although we noticed some rooms did not have drop down screen. We stayed at the resort on a promotional package which was excellent value for money.
The food was disappointing for such a beautiful resort. The Western meals were very expensive so we weren't tempted. The Asian menu was well priced but the dishes we ate were a little disappointing with the exception of the spring rolls which were delicious. We eat a lot of Vietnamese food and feel well qualified to comment.

I had a peaceful stay. The place was fairly clean with highly caring and helpful staff members. The location was nice and tranquil, relatively close to Flower Garden. It was located in an excellent area short walk to the Tuyen Lam Lake in the middle of the greatest green nature and the forest. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was a nice size. Everything was incredible, yet a few employees were disgusting...

Beautiful location, great service, nice clean rooms.
Most was good, but not quite up to 5Star standards. Need to have more amenities in the room (matches, bar soap, etc.). ONE BIG PROBLEM. Your site said my price included tax but I ended up being charged AGAIN for tax when I paid my bill!!!! I did not catch it until after I left!

Beautiful hotel, perfect location to have a shuttle for the airport and with romantic views. Location so close to the majestic lake covered by silver fog, the Dalat city center, and the mountains.

Nice and quite for relax
The toilet have to improve privacy. The window blend is too small for the window. Unable to enjoy/try the open air roof top services. The road sign leading to the hotel is inadequate. Any regular services to the town centre from hotel ?
